Indoor Cycling
(individual classes, private groups, and special events) We offer a schedule of Indoor Cycling classes that adjusts with the seasons. In response to demand, we sometimes offer classes not on our schedule: We will open a new class time for regular groups of four or more participants. Our classes offer excellent preparation for such charity ride events as LIVESTRONG, and for supplemental off-season and in-season sport-specific training.
In our indoor cycling classes we provide personalized attention to identify and help you achieve your individual goals and your standards for growth. The tools by which we accomplish that are:

Yoga
Yoga is an ancient system of poses (or asanas) combined with synchronized breathing. It soothes your soul while it tones your body and strengthens your cardiovascular system. Our yoga classes are a vigorous, fast-paced form of yoga that helps to build flexibility, strength, concentration, and stamina.
Kettlebells
A kettlebell is a Russian cast iron weight dating to the 18th century. It looks like a cannonball with a handle. Are you looking for an intense, varied, and challenging way to train? Our Kettlebell classes are the ultimate tool for extreme all-around fitness.
Abs Class /Core Strength Training
Our Abs and Core Strength Training classes target all muscles groups that stabilize the spine and pelvis—the muscles that transfer energy from large body parts to small body parts during sports. These classes are truly challenging, and the results they offer are visibly dramatic.
Cross Training for Other Sports
Cross training improves your performance as an all-around athlete by protecting you from injury and optimizing your fitness level. Our staff can help you condition specific muscle groups and develop new sets of skills that will exhilarate and motivate you.
Boot Camp
Our Boot Camp is a results-driven program designed for maximum calorie burn and muscle sculpting. We offer boot camps at select times during the year to help you get into great shape, reduce stress, lose weight, increase energy, and fine-tune your motor skills.

We welcome you into our programs with a thorough placement process that consists of:
- an appointment for a tutorial
- a health questionnaire listing current medications, injuries, and goals
- class registration matched to your specific fitness and wellness goals
- customized nutrition programs and packages
- heart rate monitors available with instructions on use
- supplements and cycling products available in our retail store
Towels are included and water is available. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards.
